Talent Acquisition at BJC identified a need to be able to provide a standard set of reports that would allow them to be able to: -Provide clean, accurate data with confidence in the the accuracy of the data – Reduce the inconsistencies in reporting from HSO to HSO – Have more visibility into the process as well as variations within that process.

This presentation would follow the BA A process as it outlines the steps taken to meet the objectives above as well as the reporting records and reports that were delivered from this project.
